Israel Blessed Eternally
 |
No human, angel, or demon can reverse the blessing which God has placed upon Israel. In Genesis 12:3, God told Abraham, "I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curses thee: and in thee shall all the families of the earth be blessed."
Abraham was being called by God to become the father of many nations and to be the patriarch of Israel, through whom God would bring the Messiah, Jesus Christ, the Promised Son, to save His people from their sins and to be the Savior of all mankind. The Lord had to have a chosen people, a priesthood, a nation set apart, a lineage through which the Messiah could be born into the earth to die for Jews and Gentiles, alike. Therefore, Israel has been blessed from the beginning and she will be forever blessed by God Himself. Those who try to curse Israel, will themselves, be cursed, according to the Word of God. There is no word higher than God's Word!
Numbers 23:
19 "God is not a man, that He should lie,
Nor a son of man, that He should repent.
Has He said, and will He not do?
Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?
20 Behold, I have received commandment (from God) to bless;
He has blessed, and I cannot reverse it.
21 "He has not observed iniquity in Jacob,
Nor has He seen wickedness in Israel.
The LORD his God is with him,
And the shout of a King is among them.
22 God brings them out of Egypt;
He has strength like a wild ox.
23 "For there is no sorcery against Jacob,
Nor any divination against Israel.
It now must be said of Jacob
And of Israel, ‘Oh, what God has wrought!’
24 Look, a people rises like a lioness,
And lifts itself up like a lion;
It shall not lie down until it devours the prey,
And drinks the blood of the slain."
Israel is eternally blessed and that blessing cannot be reversed! Glory to the Name of the Lord!!! Blessed is He Who comes in the Name of the Lord!!!
