LORD OF THE DANCE

I danced in the morning when the world was begun,
And I danced in the moon and the stars and the sun,
And I came down from heaven and I danced on the earth,
At Bethlehem I had my birth.

Dance, then, wherever you may be;
I am the Lord of the Dance, said he.

I danced for the scribe and the Pharisee,
But they would not dance and they would not follow me;
I danced for the fishermen, for James and John;
They came to me and the dance went on.

Oh, come and dance with Me, My beloved ones. We will dance the dance of joy, we will dance the dance of restoration, and we will dance the dance of triumph. We will dance on the mountaintops, and we will dance in the valleys.
As we go to the houses of the orphans and widows, we shall minister to them in their affliction, and we shall dance, and they shall dance with us together. We will find the downtrodden, the brokenhearted, the maimed, the poor, the blind, and the prisoners. We shall dance to their houses and set them free, give them sight, give them health, give them joy, give them peace, and give them freedom in Me, and they shall dance with us, for they shall be part of us. I will give unto them the oil of joy for mourning and beauty for ashes, for I am the Restorer of paths to dwell in and the Repairer of the breach. I bring up the valleys and smooth out the mountains, so that we can dance in a goodly place.
As we dance to the houses of those who sit in darkness, we shall carry My light, so that they shall see My Great Light, and they shall dance with us. I will restore unto them the years that the cankerworm, and the palmerworm, and the locusts have eaten as they receive My Light and My Love.
While we dance, do not hide yourselves from your own flesh, your families, for they will see our joy and will want to dance with us, too. I will reveal Myself unto them in such a way that they can neither gainsay nor resist My love for them, and they will come with us. Neglecting them will only lead them away from Me. They need your love, and your notice of them will cause them to notice Me, and that is the goal of your heart and Mine. You are My hands and My feet. We shall all dance together.
